Am I doing this right?

When you begin the practice of meditation, you often find yourself facing this question alot. Each time you sit, an opportunity arises for this question to rear it’s ugly head. If you aren’t careful, the answers and corresponding inner conversation can hi-jack your entire session.
This is normal. In fact, I’ve been meditating for roughly 2 years now & it’s still something that arises on occassion.
So how do you handle this question? Well, the same way you handle any other thought.
Simply let go.
Breathe in. Breathe out. Repeat.
